How to use this handbook
This handbook was written so that it can be read in any order. Every section provides complete instructions, so some of the information is repeated in multiple places. This way you can read through the entire process by clicking the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the page or you can jump to a specific step by navigating the table of contents to the left.
Below is a “quick start guide”. It provides a high-level overview of the entire process and serves as quick glossary to help guide you as you dive into sections containing more details.
