DEIB Dashboard

Welcome to the newly created Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) dashboard. This online resource is part of a holistic approach to fostering greater transparency around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at Penn State. This tool provides metrics for monitoring outcomes for students, faculty, and staff, with particular focus on Penn Staters from historically underrepresented or marginalized groups in our campus community. It is a work in progress and will be expanded to include the range of social identities as this data becomes available.

 

As an institution of higher education, we understand that data matters at a research university. Though numbers cannot paint the full picture, they give us concrete baselines and starting points for what we have accomplished and for what still remains to be done.
