In compliance with Section 18004(e) of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES Act), Pub. L. No. 116-136, 134 Stat. 281 (March 27, 2020), and in accordance with additional guidance provided by the U.S. Department of Education (Department), institutions applying for Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) dollars are required to post the following information on their website within 30 days after the date when the institution received its allocation, and update the information no later than 10 days after the end of each calendar quarter (September 30, and December 31, March 31, June 30) thereafter, unless the Department of Education specifies an alternative method of reporting.
