This handbook can be read in any order. Every section provides complete instructions, so some of the information is repeated. This way you can read through the entire process by clicking the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the page or you can jump to a specific step by navigating the table of contents to the left.

The next page is a “quick start guide” which provides a high-level overview of the entire process and serves as a table of contents with links to sections containing more details.
