Mapping Objectives to University Strategic Plan

Mapping ensures that unit plans are aligned with and informed by the institutional strategic plan. Alignment may also show how your organization’s work connects to similar efforts across the university, as well as to guide and focus Penn State’s resource considerations. Understanding the work of each organization is essential to the success of the overall University strategic plan.

Each organization will be asked to demonstrate how its Goals and Objectives forward the work of the overall Penn State plan. More detail on this process will be forthcoming.
